A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (LLMs / RAG).

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and extend ML models (LLMs and traditional ML) for high-accuracy insights from structured leadership datasets

Develop RAG-based agents and algorithms to extract novel leadership insights from the research database

Integrate advanced solutions and AI agents into the Leadership Intelligence Platform while optimizing data pipelines and workflows

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ML engineering experience with large-scale models and systems

Hands-on expertise with RAG frameworks and LLMs, including retrieval strategies and prompt orchestration

Strong data engineering fundamentals, including pipelines and feature engineering

Experience with security and privacy best practices in ML systems

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Git
