Maintenance Director/ Supervisor role includes…

Building maintenance program and repair coordination
General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…
HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator…
Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc.

You’ll do great as our Maintenance Director/ Supervisor because:

You have Healthcare building operations experienc (preffered).
You have general plumbing/electrical skills.
You have basic carpentry skills.
You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.
You are knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
