Job Description :
Coordinate and manage Master Production Orders (MPO) to align with production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and inventory optimization.
Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to secure materials, resolve shortages, and maintain smooth operations.
Monitor production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements by addressing process deviations and maintaining consistent output quality. Maintain accurate documentation of production orders, material usage, and process changes, generating performance reports for management.
Act as a liaison between production, procurement, and planning teams to address bottlenecks and disruptions effectively.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements, providing schedule updates and potential adjustments.
Utilize ERP systems and data analytics tools to track MPOs, forecast demand, and optimize production planning.
Deliver a seamless production process by integrating strategic planning, quality control, and effective communication across teams.
