Summary Home Care Agency is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Community Outreach Representative to promote and grow our presence within NYC and the greater surrounding area.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic community partnerships that generate quality referrals for home care services. We are looking for candidates with home care marketing or community outreach experience, knowledge of MLTC and Medicaid programs, and the ability to build strong referral relationships within the downstate New York market.
