Job Description :
Schedule : Part Time- 20 hours a week
Shift : Days
Week 1 - M,T 4am -10 : 00am, S / S - 4 : 00am - 8 : 00am
Week 2- W / TH / F 4 : 00am - 10 : 30am
- Coordinates the activities to assure nursing department staffing needs are identified and accurately performs job role without the need for close supervision.
- Functions effectively in stressful situations, prioritizes efficiently, and recognizes emergency situations, responding appropriately.
- Assures daily staffing sheets are complete and accurate, reporting staffing concerns / issues / resignations to the appropriate manager or director.
- Coordinates daily communication of staffing needs with all three facilities, maintaining staffing to department matrix or nurse manager’s acuity direction.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of four-week staffing schedules as requested by the unit’s manager or director, and communicates to all three campuses daily.

High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Pay Range : $17.88 - $28.61
