Agile Decision Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Scanning Technician / Records Clerk to join our team supporting the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA program is nationwide, and we provide records management, library services and data management across the United States. Join our team in Washington, DC. This position is primarily onsite (4 days a week) with one day of telework. Requirements :
High school diploma or GED with three (3) years of experience working in a library or records management program. Prior scanning experience required.
Customer service skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail required.
Proficiency with MS Office 365.
Ability to work independently and on teams, to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, to prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects, to quickly adapt to change, and to meet deadlines.
Physical requirements include full range of arm motion, including lifting boxes of papers / documents for scanning.
Candidate should also be comfortable sitting at computer workstation for long periods of time doing data entry.
US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status in order to pass a government sponsored background investigation.
Responsibilities :
Scanning collections and other artifacts for the EPA Docket Center.
Providing data entry into an Excel spreadsheet or an EPA database for tracking collections and other artifacts.
Coverting Microfiche and Microfilm for scanning / digitization purposes.
Assisting on other projects as needed.
