Contract Recruiter | Kansas City, MO
LHH is working with a client in the Kansas City, MO area, who is seeking a results-driven and resourceful Contract Recruiter to support the hiring efforts during a period of growth. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making an immediate impact.
Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws
