What You'll Do
This isn't your typical payroll role. You'll be a critical link between HR, Finance, and employees-ensuring smooth payroll operations while also helping shape smarter, more efficient processes.
Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations with accuracy and timeliness
Manage and maintain payroll, time & attendance systems
Partner with HR and Finance teams on reporting, reconciliations, and tax filings
Serve as the go-to expert for employee payroll questions and issue resolution
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to troubleshoot and resolve payroll concerns
Contribute to payroll reporting and trend analysis that supports smarter decision-making
Jump in on special projects and process improvement initiatives
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in payroll, preferably in a high-volume or multi-site environment
Proficiency with third-party payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, UKG, etc.)
Strong Excel skills and a knack for data accuracy
A high level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills-you're approachable, responsive, and solutions-oriented
