Job Title : Order Picker (Forklift Operator)

Location : Charlotte, NC

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire Job Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Charlotte, NC. This role includes operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts for order picking, as well as performing general warehouse duties. The position is split approximately 50 / 50 between forklift operation and warehouse support work. Key Responsibilities :

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to pull and move orders
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Stage pallets for outgoing shipments
• Perform general warehouse tasks including sorting, packing, and organizing inventory
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
