About the Role :
As a Manager Service Delivery Project Management (VOIP PM Team, OfficeSuite Product), you will work with a vital team providing supervision and leadership of Kinetic Business Project Managers.
The duties include monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly performance for quality and performance adherence, responding to customer escalations, weekly one-on-ones with direct reports, and calibration sessions to improve quality and center performance metrics.
This manager will be responsible for overseeing and progressing the OfficeSuite VOIP projects.
What Youll Do :
- Manages a team of Project Managers
- Performs quarterly reviews of each team member to ensure quality of work and correct procedures are used; initiates disciplinary actions as required;
maintains personnel records in preparation for annual appraisals
- Develops relationships with peers within the organization and external to the organization to enhance workflow and customer experience
- Supervises PMs workload through WIP ensuring intervals and customer expectations are met
- Analyzes, recommends and implements continual process improvements as required
- Prepares departmental reports and presentations as needed
- Management skills working in a large multi-departmental organization
- Experience managing and scheduling a flexible workforce
- Experience improving organizational effectiveness, optimizing workflow, and executing on strategic goals
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements :
College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience;
or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
