Server/Barista | Mosaic Hotel

We're looking for a friendly Server/Barista that's enthusiastic about serving tasty food, drinks, and coffee while forging authentic connections with guests at Mosaic Hotel.

Mosaic Hotel's 49 newly redesigned boutique guestrooms feature posh amenities, luxurious linens, and state-of-the-art technology. Whether you're seeking an elegant romantic hideaway or a tranquil retreat while on business, our Beverly Hills hotel can make your visit feel like coming home - with more comfort, accessibility, and convenience to Beverly Hills top destinations.

Tasks At Hand:

• You're the face of our guests' experience and you bring your own flavor to the table
• Make sure that from the moment guests arrive to when they leave, they're having a great time
• Create a warm, friendly, and laidback atmosphere that turns first-time guests into regulars.
• Learning our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.
• Working with the team to ensure the restaurant and bar run smoothly with everything in its place. We like to keep things tidy and fun for patrons and our staff.
• Restocking, replenishing, and prepping the bar and side work areas as needed.
• Communicating openly with bar and restaurant managers when it comes to customer feedback.
• Collaborating with the hotel staff to ensure overnight guests visit the bar and know about all the great offerings (and promotions!) available exclusively to them.

What We're Looking For:

• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Apps and other organizational computer tools.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal preferred.
• Provide legible communication and directions.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
• Perform job junctions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize, organize, and follow up.
• Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Follow directions thoroughly.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Current Serv Safe Food Handler Certificate Required.
• 3-5 years senior management experience in overall Food & Beverage operation, including banquets experience.
• Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.
