Inventory Coordinator

We are looking to add a skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our Traditions team in Pearl, MS. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to maintain records of inventory, including quantity, type, and value. You will ensure that all products are in the correct location and available when necessary.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Picks product from pick sheet and stage product to assigned location for production usage
• Run finished meals to assigned location after meal has been completed
• Return left-over material from production day; systematically (RAMCO) & physically to the Warehouse / cooler / freezer
• Performs any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function, or assignment
• Perform and complete backflush process, and all duties associated in systematically completing backflush
