Responsibilities
- Market Competitor Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis of institutional clients' Futures products, Futures APIs, fee structures, etc., to help the team track market changes quickly and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Demand Response & Support : Respond promptly to institutional clients' business needs, including answering inquiries, following up on progress, and communicating feedback on results to improve client experience and satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Facilitate communication between the technical and product teams to resolve issues related to system operations, data retrieval, and other technical challenges faced by institutional clients.
- Document & Materials Support : Assist in preparing business requirement documents and support materials for institutional clients, and regularly update and maintain relevant documents. Record and organize issues and solutions to streamline business support processes and increase overall efficiency.
