Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and execute updates to learning content and programs based on maintenance criteria and business needs
Author and edit learning content, ensuring accuracy and engagement across various modalities
Project manage large design efforts and curate customized learning experiences in collaboration with engagement partners
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience in learning and development
Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline / Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of instructional design techniques and project management
