EMR USA is seeking a motivated, ambitious leader to join our Management Development Program in Houston, Texas. This is your opportunity to gain firsthand experience in operations, leadership, and logistics within the metal recycling industry. Through structured training and mentorship, you'll develop essential management skills while working alongside experienced leaders.
What You'll Do :
- Lead & Develop Teams - Support employees across operations, logistics, and administration. Learn to coach, train, and motivate teams for success.
- Master Operations & Equipment - Gain hands-on experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and logistics planning.
- Champion Safety & Compliance - Promote a Safety-First Culture by enforcing protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring a secure work environment.
- Optimize Logistics & Inventory - Learn how to track materials, manage shipments, and oversee inventory flow.
- Financial & Business Insight - Develop a strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, and cost-saving strategies.
- Customer & Quality Management - Ensure excellent service and quality control while developing conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
