Job description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and relationship-building with major partners in the U.S. while effectively coordinating with R&D teams in Taiwan and China.

This role involves facilitating the smooth progression of Windows projects, requiring both detailed project management skills and a strategic, big-picture perspective.RequirementKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners in the U.S.
- Act as a liaison between U.S. partners and R&D teams in Taiwan and China to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Oversee Windows project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all objectives are met efficiently.
- Utilize detailed project management skills to track and manage project resources, risks, and schedules.
- Maintain a neutral and balanced approach to decision-making, ensuring all stakeholder views are considered.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, with a focus on technology projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and teams across different cultures.
- Experience working with international teams, particularly in Taiwan and China, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview of projects.
- Ability to remain objective and unbiased in decision-making processes.
- Highly proactive and positive personality, capable of driving projects forward with enthusiasm.
- Expertise in low power or performance tuning technologies is a significant plus, adding value to projects that require energy-efficient solutions.

Salary range: $210,000- $280,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
