  • Coordinate acquisition, planning, design, early construction, construction oversight, commissioning, secure-space accreditation support, turnover, and closeout activities across the program lifecycle.
  • Build, phase, and manage the program staffing model, leveraging onsite personnel and enterprise reach-back expertise as program needs evolve.
  • Facilitate executive-level communication, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and decision-making across the Government, design-build teams, and Tetra Tech.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure work remains aligned with mission requirements, approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and contractual objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience delivering complex design, construction, infrastructure, or capital programs.

  • Experience with collaborative design-build, progressive design-build, design-build, or comparable integrated delivery methods.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder facilitation, decision-making, issue resolution, and program governance skills.
  • Must be a U.S Citizen
  • At least one year of prior experience in consulting and/or Department of Defense contracting.
