Job descriptionConstruction management, civil engineering or mechanical engineering degree required. 3+ years of water / wastewater construction industry experience highly desired. Advanced Excel and Bluebeam skills highly desired. Basic AutoCAD experience preferred. Able to read plans and specifications for all the disciplines on a typical water / wastewater project. Alternative Procurement Delivery Method (APDM) experience highly desired (CSP, CMAR, D-B, JOC, etc.) Take initiative and handles ambiguity well. Provide correspondence that is clear, concise, and accurate. Work collaboratively with others and communicate professionally to meet shared objectives. Have the legal right to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.

Felix Construction Company is seeking Assistant Project Managers that will lead small water and wastewater treatment projects throughout the Phoenix metro area ($250k $1M) or be a team member on a larger project. The Individual must be self-motivated and possess strong communication / interpersonal skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
- Work closely with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety manager, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all others involved in projects.
- Work with superintendents and field staff to coordinate and effectively manage material schedules, work schedules, job material and equipment purchases.
- Complete AutoCAD installation drawing packages for our field team.
- Produce project billings, budgets, and purchase orders.
- Process changes order requests, and related project administrative documents.
- Complete effective and accurate submittals.
- Prepare and review operations and maintenance manuals.
- Develop logical and sequential project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Work from the Felix Construction Phoenix Headquarters and make frequent job site visits around the Valley.
