This role is ideal for a Home Health RN, Med-Surg RN, ICU RN, ED RN, or RN Case Manager seeking more autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes Perform patient assessments and develop care plans Provide wound care, infusions, and catheter/line management Complete OASIS documentation and maintain accurate EMR records Educate patients and families on treatment plans Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Manage schedule and travel within assigned territory Requirements Active RN license (North Carolina) 1+ year RN experience (Med-Surg, ICU, ED, or Home Health) Strong clinical skills (wound care, IVs, patient assessment) Ability to work independently in a field setting Reliable transportation and auto insurance Preferred Home Health or OASIS experience Case management background Interested in hearing more?
