Senior Full Stack Engineer (Cloud-Native / AWS)

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a next-generation healthcare claims platform from the ground up. This greenfield project offers the chance to influence architecture, design scalable systems, and contribute directly to products that make a meaningful impact. If you enjoy ownership, solving complex problems, and shaping modern cloud-native applications, this role offers both challenge and growth.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Architect, design, and develop scalable cloud-native applications using AWS services and modern engineering practices
Build and enhance full stack features, with a strong emphasis on backend services (Python) and modern frontend frameworks
Lead technical design decisions, including APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
Develop and maintain containerized and serverless solutions using ECS, Fargate, Lambda, and related AWS tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing applications in a regulated environment

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong backend development in Python
Hands-on expertise with AWS-native architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Fargate, ECR, Glue, Step Functions)
Experience building modern frontends using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
Background working with healthcare data, particularly claims data or regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2)
Strong communication skills and a track record of long-term, full-time employment demonstrating stability and impact
