A company is looking for a QA Training Specialist to support quality assurance and training efforts in the Group Benefits division. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality reviews of claims and transactions for accuracy and compliance Deliver feedback and coaching to team members Develop and coordinate training programs for new hires and ongoing learning initiatives Required Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in group benefits (STD, LTD, FMLA, Life, LWOP, and / or Supplemental Health) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively Self-motivated and able to work independently
