SUMMARY
Eagle Eye Electric, a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking a qualified QC Manager for Alaska Corps of Engineers and other similar government projects in Alaska. This is an Anchorage based position, and the person will act as the QC Manager on projects throughout Alaska, with possible work in Valdez, Kodiak, Fairbanks, and the Nome region. Applicants need to be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate with a BS degree in construction management with a minimum of 5 years combined experience as a superintendent, inspector, QC Manager, project manager, or construction manager on government construction projects similar in nature to these.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create and manage project submittal registers
- Assist with creating project specific Quality Control Plan's
- Collection & Submission of all necessary submittals
- Coordination & lead Preparatory Phase meetings
- Conduct Initial Phase & Follow UP Phase Meetings as required
- Assure safety requirement are strictly adhered to
- Prepare and submit daily Quality Control reports as required by contract

The Project Quality Control Manager duties are performed in both office and field (construction site) settings. Occasional travel may be required. It also requires adjusting of work time to accommodate the project demands.
