Board Certification in a primary care specialty, such as:
Family Medicine

Minimum of 3 years of medical leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to oversee and guide multidisciplinary medical teams.
Commitment to health equity and providing quality care to underserved communities.
Annual Salary: $320,000–$420,000, depending on experience.
