Job description5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Product Manager, or Data Analyst role with product-facing responsibilities. Understanding of product lifecycle, customer feedback loops, and feature adoption metrics. Deep understanding of product metrics, experimentation design, and cohort / user analysis. Ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong business acumen and a passion for improving customer experiences. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Experience with A / B testing, user segmentation, and cohort analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and independently. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Experience working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of data warehousing, SQL and ETL processes. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data analytics. Familiarity with product lifecycle management and customer journey analytics.

We are seeking a strategic and insights-driven Product Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to shape product direction through data-informed decisions. Your work will influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, user experience improvements, and overall product performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics, monitor performance, and evaluate product impact.
- Analyze product usage data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product features based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Translate business and user problems into analytical questions, and present actionable recommendations clearly.
- Design and execute A / B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of product changes.
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports to support data-informed decision-making across the product organization.
- Conduct user segmentation and journey analysis to better understand engagement, retention, and churn.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning through prioritization frameworks and tradeoff analysis.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
