The Role :
The Sales Director will play a crucial role in leading and growing a team of Account Executives , driving new business growth and revenue expansion . This leader will be responsible for coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals, optimizing sales strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership to expand market presence.
Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, driving performance and revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
Build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Monitor sales metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of sales leadership experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM, or workforce solutions.
Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong B2B sales expertise, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise clients .
Experience selling SaaS, HR solutions, or payroll platforms preferred.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance
