Role : Technical Program Manager (Data & Cloud Migration)
Location : Phoenix, AZ / Rockville, MD
Working Mode : Day 1 onsite (2-3 days in a week – hybrid model)
Role Overview
Nucleusteq is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee a complex enterprise data warehouse migration to Snowflake on Azure. The TPM will manage multi-track delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Snowflake migration program, covering architecture, ETL, validation, and BI.
- Establish and manage program plans, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to remove delivery blockers and maintain velocity.
- Manage vendor teams, offshore delivery partners, and business stakeholders across IT, risk, and compliance.
- Track KPIs, costs, and utilization metrics; ensure alignment with executive sponsors.
- Oversee PCI DSS, SOX, and data security compliance throughout delivery.
- Facilitate steering committee updates, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
