Requirements

As a Salesforce Developer , you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce platforms and related technologies to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality products in an agile environment. Your role will involve extensive use of Salesforce tools, frameworks, and best practices to address complex business requirements and support scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Salesforce Basics Sales & Service Cloud ( Mandatory )
• Lightning Web Components ( Mandatory )
• Triggers & Flows ( Mandatory )
• Platform Events ( should have Knowledge )
• Integrations (REST  API &  AWS  S3 Basics) ( should have Knowledge )
• Einstein Activity Capture ( should have Knowledge )
• CRM Analytics ( not considering much )

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

Develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components , Visualforce pages , and Apex classes .

Integration & Data Management :

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and platforms like MuleSoft .

UI / UX Customization & Design :

Customize modern Salesforce UI frameworks, including designing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Lightning pages.

Platform Governance & Security :

Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, SSO, OAuth flows, and sharing rules to maintain platform security.

DevOps & Agile Methodology :

Implement and manage version control, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps tools for seamless multi-environment deployments.

Analytics & Reporting :

Build advanced reports, dashboards, and analytical views aligned with business goals.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement :

Collaborate with teams working on technologies like Python , Informatica , and MuleSoft .

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Salesforce Expertise :

7+ years of Salesforce technical implementation experience across Service, Experience, Marketing, and Sales Clouds.

Integration & Data Skills :

Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft.

Development & Governance :

Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps tools, version control, and CI / CD pipelines.

Analytics & Reporting Tools :

Proficiency in reporting tools such as CRMA, Power BI, and Tableau.

Platform Governance & Security :

Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, user management, and sharing rules.

Soft Skills :

Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
