SUMMARY
The Team Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating team members' activities during shifts to ensure efficient food preparation and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking candidates eager to advance into an Assistant Manager role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of experience at Sizzler or in a leadership role.
• Completion of Shift Leader training program required.
• Completion of ServSafe training required.
• Certification in all areas of restaurant operations.

Language/Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to interpret financial and written information effectively.
• Proficient in basic math operations and giving correct change.
• Strong command of English language, both written and spoken.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to understand and implement detailed instructions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Regular duties include standing, using hands, talking, and listening. Occasionally requires stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Must be able to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds frequently.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work involves exposure to machinery, sharp objects, and open flames, and can include varying conditions such as wet, humid, cold, or hot environments. Noise levels are typically moderate.
