- Document and visualize end-to-end customer journeys across servicing touchpoints, including digital, call center, and policy servicing.
- Create process flows, journey maps, and executive-level visuals to articulate customer experience and operational friction points.
- Analyze existing operational and call-volume data, primarily in Excel with some Power BI exposure, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Translate raw data into a clear narrative with concrete improvement recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Digital Experience, Customer Operations, and Data & Analytics, to validate findings and uncover root causes.
- Identify gaps in self-service capabilities and recommend prioritization areas for improvement.
- Independently conduct discovery by engaging stakeholders, asking probing questions, and validating assumptions.
- Synthesize findings into executive-ready materials, primarily using PowerPoint, for leadership discussions.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership through frequent, informal touchpoints.
