Job descriptionReplace existing HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Install indoor air quality equipment (air purifiers, humidifiers, UV lights) Set up smart thermostats and zoning systems Complete installations within typical 2-day residential project timelines System Configuration & Testing Charge refrigerant systems and verify proper levels Test all system functions and safety controls Calibrate thermostats and verify proper cycling Conduct final system performance checks before customer handoff Culture alignment Rockstars only Bought into the vision Meets KPI expectations . If you’re an experienced HVAC Installer and one of your favorite parts is seeing a satisfied customer, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Installer. Aire Serv of West Fort Collins - Loveland is a newly opening location and we would love to have you join as a member of our flagship team.
This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary install, repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician
As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems.
Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
Install complete residential HVAC systems (heating and cooling units, ductwork, thermostats)
Connect electrical components and ensure proper voltage

Benefits & Pay
The base pay range for this position is $35 to $45, and will depend on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician. In addition, this person will be eligible for bonus opportunities based on performance.
