  • Oversee and align sales, operations, engineering, and support functions to ensure commercial commitments are executable and profitable
  • Establish and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence
  • Be the onsite visionary always looking to transform the business for growth
  • Drive new product development strategy and implementation to support manufacturing capacity and customer needs

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineered products environments
  • Proven experience leading a construction-related, manufacturing, or engineered products business with full P&L accountability
  • Strong background in general construction, with industry-related experience preferred (anchoring systems, construction materials, engineered solutions, or similar technical products)
  • Demonstrated ability to set and execute growth strategy that delivers measurable market expansion and profitability
  • Experience leading organizations through EOS or similar operating systems, with strong discipline around execution and accountability
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and capital decision-making
