Our California based client is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a high-performance Remote Media Buyer / Team Lead to join the team!
We are seeking a California based Media Buyer / Team Lead to lead a media buying team, aiming to boost revenue and profits through strategic media initiatives across multiple platforms. This role requires both hands-on execution and optimization of high-performing Google, Amazon or Facebook campaigns and mentoring a team of media buyers to achieve their shared revenue and profit objectives. We seek a leader skilled in analyzing, optimizing, and improving advertising campaigns to maximize ROI who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities :
- You'll directly manage and execute media buys, setting the gold standard for performance and strategic brilliance.
- Develop a winning advertising strategy that aligns perfectly with our client's financial goals, optimizing allocation to maximize our return on investment.
- Assess and prioritize advertising channels based on ROI and audience engagement, constantly analyzing performance and reallocating investments for peak results.
- Build and manage a team of talented media buyers across various digital platforms. You'll set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and unlock their full potential.
- Utilize analytics tools like a pro, tracking campaign performance in detail. Stay ahead of the curve on market trends and leverage those insights for strategic decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with media vendors and agencies, negotiate contracts, and establish KPIs that fuel our clients' success.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Creative and CRO teams to ensure campaigns are as effective as possible. You'll also oversee affiliate partnerships, aligning them with our advertising goals.
Qualifications (required and preferred) :
Base Salary $150k (DOE)
