Job Description
This position is responsible for operational, administrative, and project-related support to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of initiatives within the Branch Banking Division. The Branch Support Specialist provides operational, administrative, and project-related support to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of initiatives within the Branch Banking Division. Working under the guidance of the Branch Support Manager, this role is fully dedicated to project efforts and acts as a liaison between branch staff, project teams, and support functions. The Specialist helps ensure front-line teams receive timely communication, testing assistance, training support, and issue resolution throughout the life of the project.
Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a “Voyaging Spirit” and being “Positively Ohana”. Primary Accountabilities :
- Provide general administrative support to the Branch Support Manager and Branch Banking Project Core Team as needed.
- Track and assist with managing outstanding tasks, team action items, and follow up on pending activities.
- Respond to basic inquiries from branch staff during the training rollout and direct more complex questions to the appropriate contacts.
- Offer support to branch staff through testing, training, and rollout phases to ensure a smooth process.
- Assist in preparing job aids, checklists, and quick reference guides for branch teams.
- Provide day-to-day support to the branches and Branch Banking Project Core Team.
- Respond to questions from branches regarding process changes, tools, or training related to the project.
- Escalate issues or concerns from branch teams to the Branch Support Manager or Branch Banking Project Core Team in a timely manner.
- Help keep the project on track by assisting with daily tasks and updates.
- Participate in testing activities by following pre-defined test scripts, logging results, and identifying issues or inconsistencies.
- Document any system or user experience problems and collaborate with the team to address them.
- Retest scenarios to confirm fixes have been successfully implemented.
- Take notes during meetings and organize project documents such as test logs, FAQs, and feedback summaries.
- Apply working knowledge of branch operations and customer service routines to provide relevant input during project activities.
