Serves as the central communication point managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls and ensuring callers are connected quickly professionally. This role often shapes the first impression of the company and supports smooth internal communication

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

• 250+ inbound calls a day
• Answers questions regarding hours, locations, personal, etc.
• Transfers calls

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
