Job description
  • Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications.
  • Provide strong technical leadership with a primary focus on modern UI/Frontend development and user experience.
  • Design and develop responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Utilize Redux and Context API for efficient frontend state management and application architecture.
  • Develop secure and scalable backend services using Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital solutions.
  • Define frontend architecture standards, reusable component libraries, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, accessibility, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Provide technical guidance through solution architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide development teams while promoting modern engineering practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services, including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Drive DevOps initiatives and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Follow Agile methodologies for planning, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
  • Promote best practices across frontend development, backend engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, security, and application deployment.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and optimized for enterprise-level performance.
  • Deliver visually compelling and user-centric applications aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
