Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Project Engineer to join our Water Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain document control, track quantities, review submittals, manage correspondence, and assist with project startup for water / wastewater and utility projects.
- Help develop and update project and bid schedules, including three-week look-ahead plans tailored to water infrastructure work.
- Conduct survey calculations, establish control points, support utility layout, complete earthwork and hydraulics-related calculations, and prepare CAD drawings.
- Assist with quantity takeoffs for pipelines, pump stations, Lift stations, and civil structures; solicit and evaluate subcontractor / vendor quotes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform crews on water resource scopes, manage deliveries / equipment, support crew work plans, review labor reports, and conduct safety and quality inspections.
- Interpret utility plans, civil drawings, and specifications; use strong computer and communication skills; apply understanding of water / wastewater systems, heavy civil practices, and environmental compliance.
