Job Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Customer Service : Assist in providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Data Entry : Accurately input and update data in our systems, including client information, orders, and inventory records.
  • Document Preparation : Assist in preparing and proofreading documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Filing and Organization : Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Assist with Special Projects : Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed, providing administrative support and contributing to the successful completion of tasks.

Requirements :

  • Previous Experience : Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office : Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Team Player : Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Discretion : Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
