My client, a GLOBAL Bio-Pharma Company, is seeking a "Director, GLOBAL Commercial Forecasting PHARMA" Professional!!
Responsibilities-
- Facilitating consensus among senior stakeholders to establish transparent and robust worldwide sales expectations for pipeline assets.
- Providing recommendations on project continuation or discontinuation based on market dynamics, financial projections, and strategic imperatives.
- Conducting competitor and market analyses to inform forecasting models and strategic initiatives.
- Cultivating an objective brand strategy viewpoint by synthesizing insights across multiple functions and capabilities.
- Quantifying uncertainty through scenario planning and advanced simulation models like Monte Carlo analysis.
- Leveraging a deep understanding of diverse pharmaceutical data sources to develop and implement enhanced forecasting approaches.
- Crafting and delivering transparent presentations that comprehensively articulate all key forecast variables.
Requirements
- MA degree 7 years of PHARMA forecasting experience
- Must have Pharma Global Pipeline Forecasting "hands on development" experience
- Proven people manager
- Ability to influence senior leadership- SVP level and above
- Ability to champion innovative methodologies and tools
- Launch experience is highly desired
