Desktop Support Specialist

Beacon Hill is looking for an outgoing IT professional who is eager to learn and provide white glove customer-facing support for one of our Fortune 100 Healthcare clients.

Must Haves :

• 3+ years of experience in a desktop support role providing in person end user support
• 3+ years in a Windows 10 and Office 365 environment
• 3+ years of experience working with Active Directory (PW resets, adding / deleting devices, etc.)
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of Windows issues (Blue screen of death, mouse not working, laptop connectivity, etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills and communication - People first mentality

Bonus Skills :

• A+ or similar certifications
• Apple support experience (MAC, iPad, iPhone)

Mobile device support on iPhone, androids and iPad
