UX Manager

They are looking for a talented and experienced UX Manager to join their team and help elevate their user experience to the next level.

As the UX Manager , you will lead our client's user experience team and be responsible for the overall design and improvement of their digital products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering and marketing to ensure that their products meet the needs and expectations of their users.

Your role will involve strategic planning, team management and hands-on design work to create intuitive and effective user experiences.

UX Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Develop and implement UX strategies and processes to enhance the user experience of our client's digital products
• Conduct user research, usability testing and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize UX initiatives and design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions
• Ensure consistency and quality of UX design across all digital products
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the company
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve UX practices

UX Manager Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
