Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Opportunity

Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. This candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on daily monitoring, cash flow optimization, and collections. This role aims to improve account status by resolving payment issues through proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing customer accounts by monitoring outstanding invoices, resolving payment issues, and negotiating terms.
• Collaborating across departments to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and improve billing accuracy.
• Analyzing aging reports, tracking collection efforts, and escalating unresolved accounts as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, customer records, and supporting processing of refunds, write-offs, and offsets.
• Responding to customer inquiries and contributing to account strategy development with leadership.
