With a significant head start over our competitors, we are poised to redefine the concert equipment landscape!Our team is seeking a innovative and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in growing the Gearsupply team, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.

Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, using a variety of tools and techniques including social media, job boards, and networking events.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a match with organizational needs and culture.

Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, preparing interviewers, and providing follow-up on interview results.

Negotiate job offers, working closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive outcome for both parties.Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Gearsupply's reputation as an employer of choice.Keep abreast of recruiting trends and best practices, continuously improving our recruitment processes.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.

Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
