Un consultant en communication francophone est requis pour soutenir le developpement et la mise en uvre d'activites de communication du Programme des Medicaments, Technologies et Services Pharmaceutiques (MTaPS) de l'USAID, mis en uvre par Management Sciences for Health.
Le consultant devra concevoir, reviser et produire du contenu ecrit et visuel.
Une competence professionnelle complete en anglaise et en francais (CEFR niveau C2, ILR niveau 4+ ou une equivalence) est requise pour cette consultance.
Le consultant en communication francophone travaillera avec le departement de communication de MSH pour concevoir, developper et partager des produits de communication mettant en lumiere les realisations de l'organisation et de ses projets francophones avec des parties prenantes cles.
Le consultant travaillera avec le personnel du projet pour creer du contenu pour des publics cibles internes et externes et partager ces informations sous la forme de contenu pour le web, des rapports de projet ou des rapports techniques et d'autres produits de communication tout en s'assurant que l'utilisation des logos, la revue, la conception et la mise en page respectent les exigences prevues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience requise : Licence et 4 a 6 ans d'experience, ou maitrise et 2 a 4 ans d'experience en communication, gestion des connaissances / gestion de l'information, services editoriaux, conception ou domaine similaire.
- Excellentes aptitudes redactionnelles et capacite a transmettre des informations techniques complexes dans un langage clair et convaincant, sans jargon technique.
- Capacite a organiser, presenter et diffuser des informations et a rediger des documents clairs et concis avec un minimum de supervision.
- Experience averee de la production de contenus de communication imprimes et numeriques. Capacite a identifier, rassembler et preparer des histoires a succes pour les canaux numeriques et imprimes, en utilisant des preuves, des donnees et des histoires d'interet humain.
- Comprehension de l'USAID, notamment des tendances, des publics et des besoins de preference.
