Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the field service team
Log and code work hours and enter orders upon receiving purchase orders
Invoice completed orders and assist in audit requests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-5 years in an administrative or coordinator position
Strong computer and data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to manage multiple projects across different sites / states
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience / training
