Customer Service Associate
summary Customer service associate needed in Whitmore Lake 1st shift Monday-Friday 7a-4p $18-19 per hour Resume and On site interview required This role includes examples of answering calls and assisting customers with ordering parts, creating service tickets and scheduling service among other customer service duties.
Ideal candidate will have strong communication, computer and organizational skills. A positive attitude and great phone skills are required.
We need someone willing to help drive the business forward! Position is contract to hire and offers various benefits after 90 days.
