Our client is in the market for a Service Manager. This market-leading manufacturer is looking for an experienced service manager with extensive knowledge within evaporative media removal or evaporative cooling to grow a team of engineers focusing on data center application.
This role offers a route to managerial growth through continued expansion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and direct front-line media replacement teams.
- Manage and understand collaborative requirements for media change out.
- Hire and train incoming support team members.
- Availability to be on call for site issues.
- Regularly meet with customers to understand internal policies affecting media replacement procedures.
- Set and enforce team policies and procedures.
- Travel may be required within the United States, up to 10% of the time.
Candidate Specification
- 2 years’ experience in a management position.
- Experience working with evaporative cooling or evaporative media removal and installation.
- Ability to maintain relationships with clients and remain calm under pressure.
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and SAP.
- Proficient at understanding Project Management concepts and principles.
