As the business analyst you will be responsible for : Requirements gathering and documentation User Story and Use case documentation Facilitation of Agile ceremonies Development of functional artifacts and deliverables (designs, process flows, story maps, etc.
Ad-hoc Production support (issue investigation, triage, and resolution) Some aspects of release management and environment management (change request logging, documentation, error logging)
Additional Responsibiities Include :
Assist in the process of documenting, analyzing, tracking, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
Controlling change and communication to relevant stakeholders.
Assists the team in preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt workshop.
Helps team and ART estimate larger Features and Capabilities.
- Communicates with management and outside stakeholders.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and / or business solution.
