Inside Sales Customer Manager (In office position)
Lange's Warehouse is a national distributor of building material products, and we are looking for full time inside sales managers who are self-driven, outgoing and ambitious that are wanting to either start or grow their career in the building material industry.
As an inside sales manager, your duties will include but are not limited to :
- Developing and maintaining meaningful, long-lasting relationships with customers to encouraging trust and loyalty
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Understand and educate customers about the products and / or services we provide
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
This position starts as commission only and is heavily incentivized during a short initial trial employment period. After meeting set sales and job role goals, you will be eligible to apply for full time employment for a position as a inside sales representative.
Full time employment includes salary, commission and health benefits.

Job Requirements :
- Prior relevant work experience in the building material industry preferred but not required. Previous sales experience is also a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be outgoing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
- High proficiency in general computer skills. Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments / project components simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency
