CPA Licensed Bookkeeper

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Support payroll processing and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications

CPA certification preferred (active or inactive license accepted)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, preferably in SaaS and Health-tech industries

Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance

Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
