The Food & Beverage / Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all members of the culinary team, scheduling back-of-the-house staff, ordering, managing food inventory, training, and developing the culinary team.

- Scheduling Food & Beverage staff
- Cooking and prep work
- Maintaining Departmental Payroll
- Working with the sales team regarding banquet events
- Monthly inventories
- Achieving monthly / yearly budgeted goals.
