What you will be doing :
- Working with the General Manager to develop and implement the hotel’s sales strategy and revenue management.
- Recruiting and developing sales teammates to deliver exceptional guest service, generate revenue and drive profitability.
- Organizing and coordinating the training needs and professional development plans of sales teammates.
- Training and promoting the company’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
